Q What if I don't want to give my credit card over the Internet?
A That's fine, simply continue through the ordering process until it asks you for a credit card number, then simply choose "check" or "phone" as a payment option and we will receive your order electronically. You can then give us your credit card number over the phone, or write us a check, and as soon as we receive payment, we'll ship your order.


Claiming Damages And Retuns ..... Note below is the policy that our warehouse has us go by .We will fill out the froms and contact them and work to make things right .But, please read and follow the guide lines as this will help us better serve you. All claims must be filed within 30 business days from purchase of merchandise. We reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed. All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to your customer if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of your customer. Please be sure to inform your customers of the below return policy terms
Although we hope each and every item delivered to every customer will be received in perfect condition, naturally there is no way to guarantee this. We take great pride in the methods we use to package your merchandise, and inspect all contents before it leaves our warehouse. We ship at an approximate 91.4% safety rate which means that 91 out of 100 items arrive to your customers in perfect condition. All merchandise in our inventory is guaranteed for your customers 100% satisfaction, however we are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued for returning merchandise. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to your customer if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of your customer

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will then immediately issue a complete refund for the purchase price of the item(s) or send a replacement in a timely manner. You can either wait to refund your customer their purchase price until you receive your refund from our team, or you can immediately refund their funds once you can be sure that they have sent the return and it is on it's way. Naturally, this is your business and your customer, so the way in which you decide to enforce your return policy is entirely up to you! IMPORTANT: We strongly encourage all members to request that their customers ship all returns either UPS or USPS Mail. In addition, we do recommend that all customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. This can be accomplished by requesting a "Signature Required" when shipping UPS or "Delivery Confirmation" through the US Postal Service.
